| How to Order | | | Dance Apparel & Gifts for Dancers:
Most of our dance apparel, dance t-shirts, dance sweatshirts, and gifts for dancers other than those shown in our Jewelry, Dance Art, Photography and Miscellaneous sections are processed through our online distributor, Cafepress. All Cafepress terms of service, shipping rates, and return policies are applicable when placing your order on the Cafepress.com website and are seperate and apart from any orders, terms of service, shipping, and returns for other merchandise purchased directly from our website, refered to hereafter as Web Orders. Cafepress offers secure online ordering worldwide. For bulk orders, please contact us.
Jewelry, Artwork, Miscellaneous (Web Orders):
Our merchandise pages are designed to place online credit card or online checking account orders through our easy-to-use shopping cart (see below). If you prefer to purchase items by money order or check by mail, please see the instructions below.
International Orders:
We are not accepting international orders at this time other than through our Cafepress.com website. (see Apparel & Gifts above)
Shopping Cart for Web Orders
Our shopping cart is easy-to-use. Your cart may be viewed at any time by clicking on the VIEW CART button located on each page. To make your selections, simply click on the add to cart button that appears beside the item you are purchasing to add the item in your shopping cart. You may then follow the instructions for checkout. You will receive a confirmation of your order and payment via email. Our website is kept up-to-date however if any item has been purchased just prior to your visit, it may be unavailable. If so, we will let you know by email and you will be refunded for the item(s) unavailable at the time.
Web Direct Orders Paid by Check or Money Order by Mail
If you'd like to use a personal check or money order instead of making online payments, skip the shopping cart process and please send us an email (orders @ pinklabels.com) (remove all spaces) with your selection. Specify item name and quantity in your email order. Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation which will include your total order price (Item amount + 5% tax for Virginia residents only + shipping and handling charge).

If you send us a money order, your selection will be sent in approximately 2-3 business days. If you send a check, it will be sent as soon as payment has processed.

Shipping methods: We ship USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail or UPS anywhere in the continental United States depending on your purchases. International orders (see International Orders in Left Column)
Shipping Charges: Actual shipping charges may vary depending on items ordered, weight and location. Please note: You will be contacted if the actual shipping charge is greater than that quoted at check-out and your order will be held until you have confirmed the additional shipping charges and made additional payment.
Customer guarantee: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Should anything you order from Pink Labels not meet your expectations, it can be returned. Items ordered via our website are to be returned to the address at the bottom of this page. Items ordered via our Cafepress.com website are to be returned to Cafepress.com. See our Return Policy below.
Return Policy: Purchases made directly via our website may be returned using the following process.
1. You must notify us via e-mail of your request to return the item(s) within ten days of receiving the shipment.
2. Since returns are shipped at your risk, package them carefully and insure them with the carrier of your choice. Returned items must be received in the same condition as originally shipped. Upon receipt and approval of the return, a refund will be issued less shipping and handling charges.
3. We will not accept a return if this process is not followed. |
